About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Unleash. As a Remote Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing our AI-driven, personalized workspace application that integrates seamlessly into users' workflows. What You'll Do

• Architect, design, and develop both Open-Source and Enterprise versions of Unleash.
• Implement and improve the Unleash SDKs to enhance user experience.
• Interact with our growing open-source community and support our customers.
• Utilize your strong experience in full-stack development, particularly with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Apply your expertise in DevOps and CI/CD to streamline development processes.
• Work with public cloud technologies to ensure robust application deployment.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive remote-first work environment.
• Engage in social and bonding activities to enhance team cohesion.

Requirements

• Strong experience in full-stack development, particularly with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Proven experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with public cloud services.
• Multi-language experience or interest is a huge advantage (e.g., Python, Go, .Net, Swift, Java, Kotlin, Ruby).
• Empathy for users and curiosity about their perspective.
• Analytical and data-driven in technical decisions.
• Ability to recognize when to use team intuition to expedite decisions.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
