Customer Success Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Analyst to join our remote team at InEvent. As a Customer Success Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. This position allows you to work remotely while being part of a dynamic and innovative B2B startup that specializes in intelligent solutions for hospitality and marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Support clients through various communication channels, including chat, email, and virtual calls.
  • Meet customer service KPIs such as response time and satisfaction.
  • Identify and report customer issues to the development team for resolution.
  • Continuously learn about tech updates and product improvements to better assist clients.
  • Collaborate with team members for performance testing and feedback.
  • Become a subject matter expert on InEvent's product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English for effective global communication.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in Customer Success or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Outstanding communication skills and empathy towards clients.
  • Flexibility to serve multicultural customers effectively.
  • Resilience and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
