  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and achieving performance-based compensation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and customer success strategies.
