About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our team in the construction industry, specifically focusing on door solutions. This Sales Manager remote position is pivotal in driving sales success and enhancing customer satisfaction across the Romandie region.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a sales team of 7 members, ensuring high performance and motivation.
• Implement and refine market strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Conduct budget planning and analyze key performance metrics to derive actionable insights.
• Perform competitive and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage relationships with distribution partners to enhance market presence.
• Ensure cross-territory collaboration within the sales team.
• Initiate and support marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably in interior construction, complemented by further education in sales or business management.
• Extensive experience in team leadership within sales or project management.
• Proven track record in a similar role, ideally in the door or construction industry.
• Established network in the construction and related sectors.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in CRM, ERP, and MS Office.
• Fluent in French and German; English is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills in an operational context.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
