What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture relationships within your assigned book of business, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor client progress and success, fostering a culture of alignment and accountability.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within your client base, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets.
- Act as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and feedback to enhance our services.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client success or account management, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving upsell opportunities.
