Senior Marketing Communication Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the planning and implementation of marketing and communication activities aimed at promoting our products at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP). You will work closely with various business areas to produce project documents and promotional content.

What You'll Do

• Support the team in planning and executing marketing and communication activities, both above and below the line.
• Collaborate on the creation of advertising campaigns, overseeing the creative ideation processes and planning of offline and online advertising investments.
• Monitor and report on campaign results through quantitative analysis.
• Assist in conducting market research to gauge awareness, perception, and satisfaction with CDP and its offerings.
• Manage brand management activities and enhance CDP's image among external and internal stakeholders.
• Develop creative guidelines for communication touchpoints and physical branding of work environments.

Requirements

• A degree in economic or humanities disciplines, with a specialization in marketing and/or communication.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in corporate settings, communication agencies, or prominent media centers.
• Knowledge of corporate marketing levers and experience in implementing multichannel communication strategies, particularly in digital channels.
• Experience in executing advertising campaigns across various media (print, digital, social, radio, outdoor, TV, and cinema).
• Strong copywriting skills to develop effective content aligned with brand tone across digital and print channels.
• Experience in video production processes and creating reports and presentations for management.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and video editing tools.
• Passion for trends in communication and advertising, multimedia language, photography, and video production.
