Administrative Assistant (Remote) - Vandoma

About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (Remote) to join our team at Vandoma. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. As an Administrative Assistant, you will handle various tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our department.

What You'll Do

• Receive and register used vehicle sales and IPOs, managing the IPOs effectively.
• Create purchase orders and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Utilize software platforms such as VU’s, DMS, and Autoline to streamline processes.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in task rotation based on team needs.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma (12th grade).
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and proficiency in using various software applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automotive industry or related fields.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
