Sustainability (CSR) Consultant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join Jack Link's as a Sustainability (CSR) Consultant and make a significant impact in the protein snack industry. This remote opportunity allows you to work with a dynamic team focused on sustainability initiatives across EMEA. As a CSR Consultant, you will lead strategic projects aimed at enhancing our supply chain and product data programs to ensure compliance and drive carbon reduction.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a future-proof framework for collecting, managing, and reporting product and supply chain data.
• Coordinate the carbon reduction strategy by monitoring performance and executing carbon accounting and reporting automation.
• Oversee sustainable sourcing policies and support the Procurement team in risk assessments and compliance tracking.
• Manage CSR regulation requirements and translate them into actionable policies and processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to co-develop improvement initiatives and ensure continuous compliance.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in sustainability consulting, supply chain management, or project management.
• Strong background in CSR topics, especially in sourcing and operations.
• Experience with carbon foot printing and digitalization tools for CSR reporting.
• University degree in Data Analytics, Econometrics, or Engineering.
• EU Citizenship or valid work permit required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in stakeholder data alignment and building data quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of GHG protocol and SBTi standards.
• Familiarity with digital solutions for CSR reporting and traceability.
