About the Role

We are excited to offer a Communication & PR Internship in the fashion industry at Max Mara. As a Communication & PR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our brand's presence both online and offline.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Manager to plan and execute online and offline communication activities.
• Oversee operational activities, ensuring content is updated across all channels.
• Manage the organizational aspects of communication interventions, adhering to quality and timing standards.
• Coordinate and verify the activities of collaborators and consultants involved in communication projects.
• Develop and implement reporting tools to monitor office activities and market processes.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance brand communication across managed channels.
• Engage in team and digital activities to foster learning and improve efficiency.
• Utilize digital technologies to enhance communication processes and relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fashion Marketing & Communication, Digital Communication Design, or Business Administration.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent knowledge of TikTok and its functionalities.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Analytical and proactive mindset.
• Passion for fashion and trends.
• Previous internship experience in similar roles is a plus.
