We are hiring a Remote Operations Manager to join our team at Kimball Equipment Company, a leader in the aggregate mining and supply industry since 1946. As a Remote Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operational functions and driving our continued growth. What You'll Do

• Work closely with the General Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations and achieve sales, service, and financial objectives.
• Become proficient in the company ERP system and identify training needs to support accurate and efficient system use.
• Align with the General Manager to ensure seamless coordination with inside and outside sales, supporting both customer satisfaction and overall branch performance.
• Collaborate with the warehouse manager to ensure efficient processes for inventory movement, fulfillment, and workflow optimization.
• Develop, implement, and enforce safety standards and operational procedures to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
