In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and developing curriculum and program models while leading high-priority initiatives. As a Remote Manager of Program Strategy, you will ensure that ideas move efficiently from development to execution, making a significant impact on the lives of working adults.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop innovative curriculum and program models tailored for working adults.
• Lead cross-functional projects, acting as a project quarterback to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Analyze job market trends and identify in-demand, high-paying tech careers to inform program design.
• Collaborate with industry partners to create flexible online learning experiences combined with coaching support.
• Support learners in their job search, connecting them with employers to help them secure family-sustaining jobs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or strategy, preferably in the nonprofit or education sector.
• Strong understanding of workforce development and the challenges faced by low-wage workers.
• Proven track record in designing educational programs or curricula.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
