About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Manager of Program Strategy to join Merit America, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating pathways to family-sustaining careers for Americans stuck in low-wage work. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and developing curriculum and program models while leading high-priority initiatives. What You'll Do

  • Design and develop innovative curriculum and program models tailored for working adults.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, acting as a project quarterback to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Requirements
