About the Role

Harbor is seeking a Remote Legal Technology Consulting Director - Discovery and Data Management to join our growing team. This remote role is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals looking to make a significant impact in the legal technology sector. As a core part of our business, we provide technology services to corporate law departments in areas such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Discovery and Data Management (DDM), and Enterprise Legal Management (ELM). In this role, you will focus on our Discovery and Data Management service line, helping Fortune 500 companies establish, refresh, and effectively manage defensible eDiscovery programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of legal hold and discovery technology implementation projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct assessments of eDiscovery processes, structures, technologies, and spending, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Advise clients on best practices in eDiscovery and data management, leveraging your expertise to enhance their operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive efficiency.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in eDiscovery, service delivery, and client advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of legal technology and its application in corporate environments.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role, ideally in a consulting capacity.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Enterprise Legal Management (ELM).
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance.
• Previous experience working with Fortune 500 clients.
