  • Support the annual budgeting process, facilitating input from department leads and ensuring consistency in templates and assumptions.
  • Produce monthly, annual, and ad-hoc financial statements and management reports for ReFED and any fiscally sponsored projects.
  • Assist the Director of Finance & Administration with annual audit preparation, including responding to auditor requests.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce (or similar CRM system), and Excel required.
  • Proven experience managing multi-entity accounting and grant reporting preferred.
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit accounting principles (GAAP/GAAS).
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Expensify and Airtable.
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

  • 100% employee and 50% dependent premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Participation in employer-sponsored 401(k) plans with up to 4% employer matching.
