Data Analyst - Remote Position at Evoriel

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst - Remote to join our team at Evoriel, a leading real estate services group. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing data migration and ensuring the quality and reliability of our data systems. You will work closely with various teams to streamline processes and enhance our data management capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and structure data from various business tools, including analysis of exports and identification of special cases.
• Oversee migration operations, including file creation, transcoding, and ensuring compliance with Evoriel standards.
• Ensure data quality and reliability through regular updates to control dashboards and tracking quality indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify needs and ensure effective data collection.
• Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement by documenting rules and optimizing processing models.
• Share best practices and assist in training new employees on internal tools and methods.
• Conduct regular visits to agencies for audits and support, with travel expenses covered by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Analysis with 2-5 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and VBA.
• Solid skills in data structuring and migration.
• Good understanding of accounting data and IT environments.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze anomalies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Curiosity and proactivity in a migration context.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL or other database management systems.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
