About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager - Original Equipment to join our dynamic team at Pirelli. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while managing key customer relationships in the automotive sector. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and managing OE customers, ensuring excellent service provision, and driving commercial success.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the market coverage tool and take ownership of key customer outcomes.
  • Facilitate effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Oversee the CRM process and ensure accurate data entry for OE.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to meet customer requirements and manage timelines.
  • Conduct monthly customer satisfaction checks and manage stock availability.
  • Attend customer meetings to strengthen relationships and negotiate sales.
  • Analyze new product quotations and manage market share data for submissions.
  • Provide precise information to customers and strengthen commercial performances through a consultative approach.

Requirements

  • Degree level education, preferably in a business-related field.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a large commercial environment.
  • Background in the tyre or automotive industry is essential.
  • Strong understanding of sales and market analysis.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay overnight as required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Resilience and a solution-focused approach.
