What You'll Do

• Prospect and build relationships with health systems and hospitals.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers including CFOs and CEOs.
• Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through disciplined territory management.
• Leverage internal SMEs for successful client handoffs.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings.
• Travel for client meetings and team collaborations as needed (25%-50%).

Requirements

• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle functions.
• Existing relationships and proven success in healthcare sales.
• Ability to engage senior executives in consultative sales.
• Track record of exceeding growth goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years in growth-related roles.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles.
