About the Role

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end product experiences from initial concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create user-centered designs.
• Balance strategic product thinking with detailed execution across various verticals.
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
• Rapidly prototype and validate design ideas using both low and high fidelity methods.
• Contribute to quarterly strategy and roadmap planning to enhance user engagement.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and accessibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing high craft.
• Experience managing end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, and research teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and push projects forward in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for cross-functional presentations.
• Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools.
• Strong systems-level design thinking and experience contributing to a design system.

Nice to Have

• Experience in user experience research methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
