About the Role

We are seeking a Development Program Manager - Renewable Energy Projects Remote to join our innovative team at Euclid Power. In this role, you will lead utility-scale renewable energy projects, overseeing engagement strategies and client communications. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of renewable energy solutions while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Serve as Deal Lead for utility-scale development engagements.
• Guide clients through the full development lifecycle.
• Lead executive-level client discussions to ensure project alignment.
• Partner with Sales to support pursuits and drive business growth.
• Delegate and oversee execution workstreams to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and financial leaders to optimize project outcomes.
• Drive clean handoffs into EPC and Asset Management phases.
• Contribute to the evolution of development offerings to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Deep experience in utility-scale renewable energy development.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen to navigate complex projects.
• Ability to operate as an executive-facing engagement leader.
• Fluency in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and its implications.
• Proven ability to present complex technical risks effectively.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to balance business development support with execution leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
