About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Manager - Expansion to lead our remote team at Ethos Life. As a Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in transforming the life insurance industry through innovative solutions and creative marketing strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while leading a dynamic team of licensed Life Insurance Agents.

What You'll Do

• Lead a fully remote team of 10+ licensed Life Insurance Agents, ensuring they hit and exceed monthly targets.
• Coach, train, and mentor Agents to achieve personal sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Improve sales agent retention and loyalty through consistent, thoughtful, and data-driven management.
• Excel at leading teams through change in a hyper-growth environment.
• Foster a sales culture focused on high performance and employee satisfaction.
• Partner effectively with internal teams such as billing, operations, finance, product, and marketing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of B2C inside sales leadership experience.
• At least 4 years in the telesales insurance industry, preferably in a management role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching skills for sales teams handling complex sales processes.
• Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
