Remote Specialty Representative - Gastroenterology

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Specialty Representative for Gastroenterology to join our dynamic team at AbbVie. In this role, you will be responsible for executing brand strategies and tactics in the field while managing your assigned territory. You will build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance, all while adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct.

What You'll Do

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs as a Remote Specialty Representative.
• Create and evaluate pre-call and post-call plans to optimize your sales strategy.
• Build trusted customer relationships and negotiate win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize sales opportunities in the gastroenterology sector.
• Share market intelligence with teams to align strategies effectively.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred.
• Five years of relevant industry experience required.
• Proven sales success and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt selling approaches based on customer behavior.
• Documented success in leadership and sales strategies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
