About the Role

Join Interview Kickstart as a Remote Assistant Manager - Social Media. In this role, you'll support our content team by managing and optimizing our social media presence. If you're passionate about social media and have a knack for engaging audiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Profile Management: Ensure all Interview Kickstart social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) are up-to-date with the latest information, branding, and relevant content.
  • Content Scheduling & Publishing: Execute the social media content calendar, scheduling and publishing daily posts, stories, and other content formats across all designated platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain social media dashboards, meticulously track key metrics, analyze performance data, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to brainstorm and develop engaging social media campaigns that align with our brand and goals.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to enhance our strategies and outreach.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Interview Kickstart's values and mission in all social media interactions, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing social media platforms effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the EdTech industry or a passion for education.
