About the Role

We're seeking a passionate Remote Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Qualio. As a key member of our sales organization, you will drive growth through new customer acquisition and build strong relationships with clients across North America. This Remote Account Executive position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping regulated organizations streamline their compliance processes and get products to market faster.

What You'll Do

  • Drive company growth by acquiring new customers and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Navigate and identify key decision-making criteria within organizations to effectively pitch and close deals.
  • Command the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, ensuring clear communication and expectation setting.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our industry, customers, and competitive landscape to position Qualio's value effectively.
  • Provide timely forecasts and maintain visibility on sales performance by actively managing your pipeline.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and optimize the sales process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years in a closing sales role.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools to manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
  • Proven success in selling to C-Level executives and strategic stakeholders in the MidMarket space.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills and a consultative approach to selling.
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and applying insights to improve sales strategies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the biopharma, medtech, or diagnostics sectors.
  • Familiarity with compliance management platforms.
  • Previous experience in a fully remote work environment.
