About the Role
We're seeking a passionate Remote Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Qualio. As a key member of our sales organization, you will drive growth through new customer acquisition and build strong relationships with clients across North America. What You'll Do
- Drive company growth by acquiring new customers and exceeding sales quotas.
- Navigate and identify key decision-making criteria within organizations to effectively pitch and close deals.
- Command the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, ensuring clear communication and expectation setting.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our industry, customers, and competitive landscape to position Qualio's value effectively.
- Provide timely forecasts and maintain visibility on sales performance by actively managing your pipeline.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and optimize the sales process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years in a closing sales role.
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools to manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
- Proven success in selling to C-Level executives and strategic stakeholders in the MidMarket space.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills and a consultative approach to selling.
- Highly motivated and goal-driven with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Aptitude for data analysis and applying insights to improve sales strategies.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the biopharma, medtech, or diagnostics sectors.
- Familiarity with compliance management platforms.
