Product Owner Telephony - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner Telephony to join our team at Action. This remote opportunity allows you to take charge of our telephony and telecom environment across our stores, offices, call centers, and distribution centers. As a Product Owner Telephony, you will ensure our communication solutions are scalable, reliable, and future-proof.

What You'll Do

• Develop and promote the product vision for telephony within Action.
• Manage all telecom-related projects and oversee the transition from VOIP to mobile communication in distribution centers.
• Conduct research on future store telephony and mobile alternatives.
• Handle contract management by negotiating new international telecom contracts and evaluating suppliers.
• Monitor the quality of telecom services in stores, call centers, distribution centers, and headquarters.
• Coordinate with telecom providers regarding quality, costs, and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with telephony processes, telecom services, and call center solutions.
• Strong contract management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Understanding of both traditional and modern telephony solutions.
• Experience in retail or telecom sectors is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of mobile communication networks.
• Experience with international contract management.
• Familiarity with emerging telecommunication technologies.
