We are seeking a Qualified Early Years Bank Staff member to join our Bright Horizons team. What You'll Do

• Support colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Engage children in entertaining and educational activities to promote their development.
• Assist with daily tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
• Communicate effectively with children and adults using various techniques.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children in roles such as Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or similar.
• A passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
• Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a bank or agency role within early years education.
• Knowledge of additional educational frameworks or methodologies.
• First aid certification.
