What You'll Do

• Receive and set up new projects and assignments across multiple systems.
• Manage and update project details to maintain accurate project statuses.
• Handle invoicing details and ensure timely updates.
• Provide employees with appropriate access to projects and resources.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to project setup requests efficiently.
• Support ad hoc and strategic initiatives as needed to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of administrative or insurance-related experience.
• Experience in insurance claims management is highly desirable.
• Proven background in administrative support with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must be a collaborative team player who can work effectively in a remote environment.
