What You'll Do

• Lead the vision and execution of local AI products, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
• Spend at least 50% of your time coding, utilizing your strong skills in JavaScript and C++.
• Manage a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver high-quality user and developer experiences.
• Build mockups and write product requirements documents (PRD) to guide product development.
• Regularly assess market position against similar products to ensure competitiveness.
• Collaborate with design and technical architects to create innovative solutions.
• Follow internal release processes for stable product releases.
• Engage in innovative projects within the fintech sector, pushing the boundaries of technology.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in product management and development, with a strong understanding of user experience design principles.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript and C++, with a passion for AI and innovative technology.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Experience in building mockups and PRDs.
• Knowledge of release management processes and market competition assessment.
• Experience in fintech is a plus.
