Senior Analyst (Lead) - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst (Lead) - Remote to join our dynamic team at PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the strategic oversight, user experience, and governance of enterprise collaboration and records management applications, focusing on Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and OneDrive. As a Senior Analyst (Lead) - Remote, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability of North America's largest electric grid and contribute to one of the world's largest competitive wholesale electricity markets.

What You'll Do

• Support the strategic oversight and governance of enterprise collaboration applications, particularly SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Ensure compliance with records retention and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance end-to-end user experience for records platforms.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Maintain governance frameworks and policies for information lifecycle management.
• Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot user and system issues.
• Drive adoption and effective use of tools through training and change management initiatives.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in information governance or enterprise application management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools in a regulated organization.
• Strong understanding of records management and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Nice to Have

• Experience in leading teams or projects.
• Certifications in information governance or project management.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies in the energy sector.
