DevSecOps Engineer - Remote

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Continuously improve AWS and Kubernetes security practices.
• Strengthen IAM, RBAC, encryption, and secrets management.
• Manage edge security and traffic filtering.
• Perform security reviews of new services and architectural changes.
• Embed automated security controls into the SDLC and CI/CD processes.
• Lead vulnerability management processes effectively.
• Integrate automation and AI-assisted tooling into security practices.
• Define and implement security controls for AI infrastructure components.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or related fields.
• Strong experience operating AWS and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience implementing security in Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD workflows.
• Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with container security and common application security risks.
• Deep understanding of AI/LLM security risks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineering and product teams.
• Comfortable communicating clearly in English.
• Experience scaling security practices in fast-growing environments is a plus.
• Experience building internal security tooling or automation from scratch is a plus.
