Manager, Technology Fundraising Solutions - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Technology Fundraising Solutions - Remote to join our team at Vibrant Emotional Health. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technology tools that drive our fundraising efforts. Your expertise will ensure data integrity and optimize systems to support our fundraising goals. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact in the nonprofit sector.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize the fundraising CRM System to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure data accuracy and implement system improvements to support fundraising initiatives.
• Identify and manage technology platforms that facilitate fundraising efforts.
• Create prospecting processes for grants and donors to expand our funding sources.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to track fundraising activities and outcomes.
• Provide insights and summaries for donor engagement to enhance relationships.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless data flow across departments.
• Train staff on technology tools and reporting procedures to maximize their effectiveness.
• Assist with major donor management and conduct research to identify potential funding opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to support fundraising campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technology fundraising or a related field.
• In-depth proficiency with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud is essential.
• Strong data management and analysis skills to drive informed decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work flexibly and cross-functionally within a team environment.
• Salesforce Certification is preferred.
• Must be able to work in the EST time zone.
• Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with donor engagement principles to foster relationships.
