What You'll Do
- Identify and close B2B sales opportunities in the pet food sector.
- Manage a pipeline of pet food and treat manufacturers to drive revenue growth.
- Develop account strategies and execute contract negotiations effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Launch and position premium trout products in the market.
- Represent Fraction at trade shows and industry events to expand our reach.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales metrics for performance evaluation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel regularly for customer meetings and events to build strong relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the pet food industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey value propositions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client engagements.
