What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to facilitate effective recruitment.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and CEO, ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and Indeed.
• Contribute to process improvements within the recruitment function.
• Assist in updating the corporate recruitment tracker to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of excellence in talent management.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a remote environment.
• Familiarity with ATS or other HRIS tools to streamline recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with candidates and partners.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to work NIGHT SHIFT ONLY to accommodate our global operations.
