Program Delivery Manager - Energy Sector Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a Program Delivery Manager - Energy Sector Transformation to join our team remotely. In this role, you will oversee the strategic transformation of operational capabilities within the energy sector, ensuring readiness for evolving systems and markets. You will play a critical role in driving initiatives that contribute to Australia's transition to a net-zero economy by 2050.

What You'll Do

• Streamline and continuously improve governance and meeting frameworks for Operations-led initiatives.
• Establish and uplift cascading Operations reports and dashboards to enhance decision-making visibility.
• Lead Financial Management for the Operations Division, ensuring accurate reporting and timely escalation of issues.
• Manage resource forecasting, onboarding, and contract management for Operations.
• Engage with stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for operational initiatives, defining clear roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in electrical engineering, power systems, or equivalent.
• Qualification in Project Management (e.g., CERT IV/Diploma) or equivalent experience.
• Extensive program management experience with a proven ability to deliver complex programs of work.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, with experience building and maintaining effective relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in fostering a proactive and outcome-focused team culture.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the energy sector or related fields.
• Knowledge of international best practices in energy management.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
