About the Role

We are looking for a Production Team Leader / EPU Manager - Remote to lead our production teams and drive continuous improvement in our operations. What You'll Do

• Lead daily production activities and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Develop team skills and promote versatility among team members.
• Collaborate closely with support teams in production, methods, and quality.
• Define and execute improvement plans focusing on operational results (QCD) and team development.
• Foster effective communication and management routines within the team.
• Contribute to the enhancement of production processes and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent with experience in industrial team management.
• In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement principles and lean manufacturing.
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and unite teams.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Autonomy and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive mindset and adaptability to change.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the transportation or mobility sector.
• Familiarity with digital mobility solutions.
• Multilingual abilities, especially in French and English.
