This Assistant Manager remote position is based in the heart of Falmouth, overlooking the picturesque Custom House Quay. Our establishment is renowned for its delicious handcrafted sourdough pizzas made with high-quality regional ingredients, complemented by a wide selection of West Country ciders and craft beers.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operational aspects of the restaurant, treating it as your own.
• Support the General Manager in recruitment, training, and stock management.
• Manage sales and labor forecasting, cash management, and health and safety compliance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for guests.
• Lead shifts on the floor, motivating staff and maintaining a fun atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong customer focus and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for fresh food and providing friendly service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
