We are seeking a People Business Partner - Employee Relations & Governance (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Remote. What You'll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of People policies, ensuring they are globally compliant and scalable.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of policies in collaboration with the Director of People Business Partners and Legal counsel.
- Develop standardized operating procedures and consultation guides to ensure consistent application of policies.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and formal investigations, ensuring procedural fairness.
- Identify systemic risks and trends in employee relations data, providing actionable insights to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, IT, and Finance, to ensure integrated processes.
- Deliver training sessions on policy application and compliance best practices for People Partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a People function with a focus on Employee Relations and Compliance.
- Track record of managing complex employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to analyze ER and compliance data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Experience advising management on best practices to mitigate legal risks.
- Expertise in developing and implementing global People policies.
- Strong project management skills, particularly in policy implementation.
