About the Role

We are seeking a People Business Partner - Employee Relations & Governance (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Remote. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our global workforce governance while working in a fully remote environment. What You'll Do

  • Own the full lifecycle of People policies, ensuring they are globally compliant and scalable.
  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of policies in collaboration with the Director of People Business Partners and Legal counsel.
  • Develop standardized operating procedures and consultation guides to ensure consistent application of policies.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and formal investigations, ensuring procedural fairness.
  • Identify systemic risks and trends in employee relations data, providing actionable insights to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, IT, and Finance, to ensure integrated processes.
  • Deliver training sessions on policy application and compliance best practices for People Partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a People function with a focus on Employee Relations and Compliance.
  • Track record of managing complex employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to analyze ER and compliance data to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Experience advising management on best practices to mitigate legal risks.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing global People policies.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly in policy implementation.
