About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Loop as a Partner Manager - Logistics in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you'll serve as both an advocate and expert within the North American logistics and operations ecosystem, directly contributing to Loop's go-to-market growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build and expand relationships with top North American logistics and backend operations partners (3PLs, ERPs, WMS, etc.) to drive referrals, pipeline growth, and closed revenue.
  • Manage and own a pipeline of partner-sourced sales opportunities, collaborating with go-to-market leadership and Account Executive teams to support complex sales cycles.
  • Create and execute joint business plans with partners to develop go-to-market strategies that drive mutual benefit and pipeline growth.
  • Align cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Success to drive repeatable GTM playbooks across the region.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify opportunities that amplify and strengthen Loop's brand awareness in the logistics ecosystem via campaigns, co-marketing, case studies, and events.
  • Assist Loop's Product team with identifying and evaluating high-value product opportunities with key partners.
  • Develop a point of view on how Loop can achieve its growth objectives with each key partner, and build the plan for execution.
  • Support negotiating commercial agreements for both new and existing partnerships.
  • Travel regularly (~25%) to meet ecosystem partners in person as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of channel or logistics-related experience in a client-facing demand generation role.
  • Solid understanding of the North American D2C e-commerce logistics and backend operations market.
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets, owning and forecasting a pipeline, and creating go-to-market playbooks.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills, with the ability to bring consensus in challenging situations.
  • Logistics acumen with knowledge of current and emerging practices, trends, and technology in the space.
  • Resourceful operator who can work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness.
  • Ability to adapt strategically to relationship and decision-making dynamics.
