About the Role

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative - Reach Truck Driver (Nights) to join our dynamic team at XPO in Hatfield. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately picked and dispatched to our customers on time and in full. What You'll Do

• Work in a chilled environment (1-4 degrees) to load and unload vehicles.
• Store goods in an organized manner and perform manual order picking using MHE trucks and RF guns.
• Ensure compliance with strict health and safety and food hygiene standards.
• Participate in stock movement and stock rotation in the fridge.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet operational targets.

Requirements

• A current FLT Reach truck license is essential.
• Basic IT skills to assist with warehouse operations.
• A willingness to learn and build a new career in logistics.
• Previous experience in warehousing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
