About the Role

Luma Health is seeking a talented Production Brand Designer to join our team remotely from the USA. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our brand's visual identity and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. As a Production Brand Designer, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to create engaging designs that resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce high-quality brand assets for various marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines that reflect our brand's vision.
• Work on digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email templates, and promotional materials.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics to enhance user engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Production Brand Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Experience in the healthcare or tech industry is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
• Experience with web design and responsive layouts.
