About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager - Electrical to join our team remotely. As a Project Manager - Electrical, you will lead and manage electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in project execution and delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, design teams, contractors, and vendors to facilitate project progress.
• Monitor project progress through site visits and ensure compliance with safety and electrical codes.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
• Oversee procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and handle project closeout.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with renewable energy projects.
• Fluency in Spanish.
