• Lead a small team in one of our instore departments, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
• Be a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and train your team to maintain high standards.
• Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure store presentation aligns with the Sports Direct brand.
• Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding sales goals through effective team management.
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and celebrate team successes to boost morale and productivity.
• Promote the Sports Direct values and culture to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in our people development programs to enhance your skills and career opportunities.
• Contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the store, ensuring best practices are followed.

Requirements

• Recent supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for retail and a strong desire to lead and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills at all levels.
