What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality, incremental releases.
  • Support product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-team planning activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Consulting.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SaaS-based products.
  • Technical or engineering background (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a customer-facing, problem-solving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in automated logistics or warehouse automation.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of fleet management integration.
