PFS Dealer Relationship Manager - Remote

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Conduct virtual interviews and manage the recruitment process for dealer partnerships.
• Analyze credit risk and financial data to provide insights and recommendations to dealers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the sales process and enhance the customer experience.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage dealer accounts effectively.
• Participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Provide quality assurance and testing for new products and services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in dealer relationship management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the automotive finance sector and credit application products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Experience with SQL and database administration is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis and risk management.
