Sales Analyst Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Analyst Intern to join our team remotely. As a Sales Analyst Intern, you will support the Sales Analytics Team in analyzing sales performance and productivity across our stores, contributing to process optimization and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Assist in analyzing and reporting data using the Workforce Management System (WFM).
• Define and upload monthly sales and productivity targets for stores and retail management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and HR teams to maximize the functionality of the WFM system.
• Conduct commercial analyses (sell-in, sell-out, retail KPIs, productivity, costs, returns).
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards for Sales and Management teams.
• Provide insights and ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.
• Some experience in finance/controlling or accounting is preferred.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of a second language (preferably French or Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar tools).
• Data analysis skills, report preparation, and presentation abilities.
• Teamwork, problem-solving, and deadline management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic and evolving contexts.

Nice to Have

• Experience with retail analytics tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques.
• Interest in the jewelry retail industry.
