Internship in Global Talent Development - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Internship in Global Talent Development to join our Human Resources team at SCHOTT. This remote internship will support our Global Talent Development team based in Mainz, Germany, and will last for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our talent development initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the design and organization of personnel and leadership development activities.
• Contribute to the development of career paths and related programs within the company.
• Help prepare and conduct training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate globally with clients and HR colleagues on various projects.
• Support global projects in talent development and change initiatives.
• Manage and enhance the intranet presence related to talent development.
• Benchmark our practices against other companies to ensure competitiveness.
• Assist with daily operational tasks within the HR department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication, Media, or a related field.
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility, reliability, creativity, and teamwork.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in HR or talent development.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools.
