Customer Service Executive - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Build trust with customers by providing tailored information and managing inbound communication related to servicing and arrears.
- Ensure accurate issuance of regulatory documentation, such as statements and redemption quotes.
- Identify and refer issues requiring specialist handling, including complaints and vulnerability cases.
- Handle customer complaints with a focus on fairness and resolution.
- Support vulnerable customers by addressing their specific needs with care and understanding.
- Proactively manage arrears, identifying causes and negotiating repayment solutions.
- Conduct Income and Expenditure assessments and make repayment decisions based on TCF principles.
- Maintain compliance with company standards, FCA regulations, and customer treatment principles.
Requirements
- Team player willing to go the extra mile and handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Positive can-do attitude with a flexible approach to meet business needs.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
- Experience in financial services is a plus, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to manage arrears and identify vulnerable customers.
- Knowledge of FCA rules (including CONC), CCA, and GDPR.
