Payroll Implementation GP Country Lead - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Payroll Implementation GP Country Lead to join our team remotely. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead payroll implementation efforts for Spain, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our operations. As a key player in our organization, you will drive projects that address key payroll metrics while collaborating across teams to ensure successful payroll delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead payroll implementation efforts for Spain as the Country Lead.
• Drive projects that address key payroll metrics and compliance.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful payroll delivery.
• Report directly to the CEO and manage a distributed team of 3 Directors and 1 Senior Manager.
• Utilize your expertise in payroll and HR to solve complex challenges.

Requirements

• Experience solving complex payroll implementation challenges within a team.
• Expertise in running projects that address key metrics.
• Exposure to the payroll/HR industry.
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with international payroll systems.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations in Spain.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
