About the Role

We're hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the Nordics to join our dynamic sales team at Remote. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while playing a crucial role in helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will engage and qualify outbound leads, contributing significantly to our sales efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions effectively.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team.
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various sources.
  • Identify key players and present solutions.
  • Work asynchronously and flexibly in a remote-first company culture.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using sales tools.
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English and native fluency in Swedish or Danish.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the HR tech industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
  • Knowledge of the Nordic market and business culture.
