Business Development Representative - Spanish Speaker (Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative - Spanish Speaker (Remote) to join Marktlink, a leading European M&A firm. In this role, you will guide entrepreneurs through the business sales process while providing exceptional support and strategic insights. With a strong emphasis on technology, data, and AI, you will help redefine the M&A landscape and expand into new markets.
What You'll Do
- Engage in meaningful conversations with entrepreneurs about business growth.
- Proactively seek telephone contact with potential clients to recruit them for participation in masterclasses.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager on strategic growth initiatives.
- Assist entrepreneurs in planning their future and provide guidance throughout the sales process.
- Commit to continuous improvement and maintain accurate administration of your activities.
- Demonstrate self-reliance and accountability in your work.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Be available to work 3-5 days a week, either from a local Marktlink office or from home.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly through cold calling or similar methods.
- Strong background working with entrepreneurs and understanding their needs.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to both junior and seasoned professionals.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and personal development.
