About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Business Analyst - Remote to join Sailor Health, a clinician-led virtual psychotherapy startup focused on enhancing the mental health and well-being of the senior population. What You'll Do

• Support clinical operations and maintain patient and therapist workflows.
• Track key operational metrics such as retention and clinical outcomes.
• Contribute to care coordination and product feedback loops.
• Collaborate on the product roadmap with engineering and design teams.
• Utilize analytical tools to provide insights and improve operational efficiency.
• Engage in mission-driven work that directly impacts the mental health of older adults.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in analytical or operational roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is beneficial.
