In this role, you will manage and prepare documents in a remote work environment, ensuring high accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks. What You'll Do

• Scan, print, and enter data accurately to support legal documentation processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines.
• Utilize proficient computer skills, especially in Adobe and Microsoft Office, to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to ensure clarity in document preparation.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
• Must have a private workspace at home and stable internet service.
• Ability to lift five pounds or more and sit for 90% of the workday.
• Critical thinking skills are necessary for problem-solving.

• Previous experience in data entry or document preparation.
